Unitek Miyachi/IPG YLR-500 Watt Fiber Laser Welding Welder Rotary

​ Unitek Miyachi / IPG 500 Watt Laser Welding Workstation / System includes IPG YLR-500-AC manufactured in September 2010 / System appears to be set up for "cap" welding.  It is equipped with a manually adjusted angle rotary chuck that is motor driven made by Pittman/Ametek.  This is mounted to a motorized "X" axis with a manually adjusted "Y" stage.  The fiber delivered weld head has through the lens vision with manual compound angle adjust ability with a manual slide for fine tuning the focal length all mounted to a motorized "Z" axis.  The stages are computer controlled with Unitek Miyachi's software version 1.9.9.3.  System has one computer for data collection and another for motion control.  Included are manuals, IP Systems fume extraction unit, and Unitek Miyachi/IPG laser interface.
