DigiCORA Tethersonde system TT12-The TT12 Tethersonde system by Viasala, Inc. provides the research meteorologist with atmospheric boundary layer profile capability. Ut to 6 Tethersondes can be attached at various heights along the tether line. The Tethered Balloon can be flown at altitudes up to 3km. This system was used once and comes complete with a TTW111 TMT winch with 7,000 feet of tether line. As per pictures, computer, tethersodes, 15' balloon, all instrumentation in 3 small carrying cases along with winch. Original cost approximately $70K.
