Convergent Energy Gemini cutting system-Convergent Energy/Coherent Gemini 3 axis cutting system with off axis camera and crosshair generator. The system has 24" x 24" x 10", xyz travel with glass scale encoders by Aerotech for accuracy to .0001, and has a Coherent Diamond 84 laser rated 250 watts. Also in the upper laser compartment is the Convergent Energy water cooled spatial filter and circular polarization beam conditioning optics for superb cutting in either direction. On The "Z" axis, there is a micrometer for the fine focus adjustment. Laser power will be measured in the short future along with more internal laser and controller pictures. Coherent  200 TW Ultrafast Laser model "TARANIS"-200 Terawatt Ultra fast table top laser system(Called 1/4 Peatwatt system). This system just removed from a lab used for Proton generation and Proton therapy is built on 4 -5' x 10' x 18" thick Newport sealed hole optical tables. Also, this system is the largest Ultrafast laser ever built by Coherent, and is one of three in the world today. Output is >6 joules at <40fs compressed. In the front end there is a Coherent Verdi 5 watt pump laser mf'd April 2006/Coherent Mira seed laser mf'd Oct. 2004, with a Coherent Evolution 15 watt pumping a Coherent Legend model L-USP-1K Ultra short pulse Ti:Sapphire  amplifier with pulse stretcher and compressor mf'd 2004.  System is rated <35-50 fs FWHM, >1.0mj after compression @ 1khz, > 0.3mj after compression @ 5khz.(This system removed from the first table in the pictures for safety in shipping.) From there it goes to a 25 TW preamp consisting of a four pass Ti:Sapp amp pumped by a Continuum Inlight(10 joules) producing over 5 J of 532, then finally to the 3rd stage Coherent Glass final amp of 2 x 1" x 12" rods, and 4 x 2" x 12 rods with 80 flash lamps pumping to 120 J of 1064 converting to 2 x 30 joule 532 to pump the final 4 pass Ti:Sapp crystal 2" diameter.  DTM Sinterstation 2000 - Selective Laser Sintering uses a Co2 laser to sinter fuse
powdered materials to create 3D parts. The build envelope on the SLS2000 is 12" dia
x 15" deep and the overall dimensions are 114" x 58" x 70". This machine is assembled in 3 sections. This consists of the main machine ,the back cabinet and pc control cabinet. The machine is currently under power and working but buyer buys as is. I will provide some basic operational manual and will include the pc loaded with software for running the machine. The machine could be used to make parts in powdered nylon. Comes with 4 drums of nylon material to get someone started. Machine made in 1995 but has been used sparingly in a lab enviroment. Would be great to add RP capabilities or to use as basis for a custom machine. This SLS is in great working condition. Runs on 22v single phase, 70 A.
DTM Sinter station, model SLS2000. The DTM Sinter station builds three dimensional products on a layer by layer fashion. The source material is mostly a plastic Nylon powder. During the SLS process (selective laser sintering), the powder particles are selectively melted together by means of a laser beam. The laser energy needed to melt this powder is kept low by maintaining the powder material in the machine on a constant temperature just below the melting point. The processing chamber is continuously flushed with nitrogen to avoid oxidation of the hot powder. The SLS technology is mainly used to build prototypes. The DTM Sinterstation 2000 can also be used to make metal prototypes. The current versions of these machines are sold and produced by 3DSystems. Machine originally sold for over $300,000 when new. Lumonics HSL-2 Ruby Holo-camera-This holographic camera is rated at 1 joule/pulse and can be double pulsed. Inter pulse spacing is adjustable from 1-1000 microseconds, and pulse width is nominally 30 ns. It has oscillator and amplifier along with all of the normally external optics built into the laser bed cabinet as one unit. This system can be made portable, stand alone. There is a reference beam attenuator, reference beam path length changing prisms to extend or shorten the path length, a 45% mirror on reference beam extension tube to illuminate the plate holder and plate holder.
