​Coherent Equinox-Pilot laser system 

Coherent Equinox-Pilot laser system for use in crystalline-silicon(c-Si) solar cell manufacturing production.  It is configured with a load/unload wafer turntable and two Coherent laser systems.  The first is a Coherent Talisker 355-4 (4W @ 355nm), and the second is a Coherent Avia 355-20 (20W @ 355nm).  This system was manufactured in 2009 and has less than 100 hours of use.  The original acquisition cost over $750K.
